Returning goods bought online is no problem, we want you to be happy with your purchase from BriaHair. All we ask, is that the goods be returned within 28 days of delivery, uncut, bleached or used in any way and in their original packaging with the gold seal that binds the hair, left intact. You have the option to exchange the item(s) or ask for a full refund of the original purchase price, provided it is returned within 14 calender days for a full refund or 28 days for an exchange. Please use our returns page and fill in the required information as to whether you are looking to exchange or get a full refund. We strongly recommend you use some form of recorded delivery as we cannot and will not, accept responsibility for any lost goods. Please note, that the original delivery charge cannot be refunded.

Due to hygiene regulations we cannot accept returns that have been opened. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

All returned or exchanged items must be unused and in their original packaging, with the gold seal that binds the hair intact.
RMA numbers are valid for 7 calendar days.

Return / exchange procedure:

1 In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. To request an RMA number on-line please use the returns form.
2 The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box. If you received an RMA label via e-mail print the label and tape it to the outside of the package you intend to return.
3 Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
