Welcome to part three of Travel Hair Series, and of course we are going to the cool & creative New York City, the one and only Big Apple!
NYC is most famous for being a creative, bustling city. It’s grimey & glam at the same time! Broadway & Basements that host all kinds of underground events, is what we think of, when NYC comes to mind. Not to mention diversity & empowerment. New York is a city of MANY stories, from many perspectives. Why not have your own story to tell? Really go all out whilst taking your trip here.
Maybe your planning on travelling in a group of your closest friends? Well it’s a perfect opportunity to pick the best outfits you can find. Remember it is a once in a lifetime trip so you’re going to want to really make every moment special. The Statue of Liberty & Central Park are a MUST to visit. In saying the above, obviously our hair is our number one priority isn’t it?…..ok so as its New York, it only makes sense that you strike the perfect balance between nonchalant & OTT ! A glammed up natural style is perfect, adding a little glam here and a little messy there. Remember we can always cheat a little or being smart as we like to call it hehe, by adding a few extensions for either the length or the thickness and body.
Maybe adding a few loose curls and adding a slide or two to finish the
look. You can also the night before leave curling rollers in your hair whilst either taking a shower or bath, or whilst having a last minute pamper session ready for the next day, this will then be in style and won’t need much doing the following morning, with only a little bit of moose or hairspray to hold the curled effect. Easy eh? That’s exactly what we need on holiday, gorgeous looks but easy & quick to get done, so you can get out and explore.
